PRICES
The quoted prices are weekly, based on the period of our lists, with a minimum stay of 3 nights also available for long periods. These prices include water, gas expenses, linen, Extra expenses such as final cleaning and file expenses are not included in the price of the accommodation.
RENTING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
You can book by phone, by e-mail or in person or directly at our office.
Payments shall be made by bank transfer to Laura j. CORBAL BAILLY, BANKs (you can choose)
Bank Caixacallosa, IBAN ES23 3105 2640 16 2810001187, BIC/SWIFT:CCRIES2A105, address Av, Mediterraneo 9, 03503 Benidorm Spain.
The company shall be notified of the payments by fax to the following number:: +(34) 965 859 315 or by mail.
The following data must be provided:
- Full name of the person making the reservation
- Renting dates.
- Name of the house. Copy of the transfer
The payment method is as follows:
1º payment: 50% when confirming the reservation.
2º payment: 50% at occupancy, in cash or credit card
In case of arrival out of office hours, the 2 payment must be done before arrival.
Since making the reservation the conditions for cancellation expenses shall apply.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
All cancellations must be made by registered letter. The reception date shall determine the cancellation fees according to the following scale:
- 20% of deposit, 30 days or more before the reservation.
If the client would leave the accommodation voluntarily, for any reason or circumstance whatsoever before the end of the contract, the company shall be free of giving any refund.
ALTERNATIVE OR CANCELLATION OF AGREEMENT BY GAMMA
Gamma reserves the right to replace the reserved lodging with another one of similar standard in case of serious or unforeseen event. In the event of force majeure (war, fire, etc.) Gamma may cancel the agreement, refunding the total sum given.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Arrivals shall be made from 17h and office hours.
After 24h without any news from the client, Gamma will consider the reservation as cancelled, with no possibility to refund.
Departures will be made before 10:00 AM, leaving the house in its same original condition, clean and tidy, with no rubbish accumulated. Otherwise, a supplement shall be asked for (60, 75 or 90€). Grave cases will involve the loss of the deposit.
WARRANTY DEPOSIT
A warranty deposit of 200€, 300€ or 500€, shall be required at the arrival (in cash) depending on the type of dwelling. This deposit shall be given back at the departure.
This sum shall be used as a warranty for good use, preservation of furniture and household equipment and conditions of departure from the rented lodging. Inclusive in the rental price 50€ minimum per month for the electricity, bed linen, and gas.
The client will have 24 h to notify any anomaly or damage so that our maintenance team takes charge of it immediately.
However, during your stay, the maintenance team will be visiting every apartment for eventual amendments or remarks from the client.
CONDITIONS OF USAGE
Maximum capacity. The maximum number of people authorised will be observed. Otherwise, Gamma reserves the right to cancel the agreement immediately.
Little pets are allowed.
Rubbish. It will be placed in bags within the nearest containers. .
Due to local rules, good cohabitation and public order, making noise since 00:00h its forbidden.

CHOICE OF LAW
This agreement shall be exclusively subject to the Benidorm arbitration office.
